As with the Loft conversions, a ‘New Build’ offers the same design to completion package and HPS specializes in Timber frame construction. The single most critical stage in the creation of a new home is the design. Any new house must comply with planning requirements, sit well within its plot, and most importantly, conform to the needs and wants of the clients. You may be fortunate to already have detailed planning drawings.
If that is the case we will work with your designs to turn them into a workable frame. Alternatively we can take you through the whole design process, interpreting your initial outline thoughts and designs and turning them into workable structures. In close consultation with the clients we will produce full floor and elevation plans to be presented for submission to the planning authorities.
