I was given my first house building project in 1983; ever since I have sought to provide a comprehensive house design / build service, to a high standard, at a competitive price. I’m proud that the business has grown successfully through client recommendations.
To me, design is a secondary skill. Listening is the first. Designing just what you want is impossible without listening closely to your needs. After all, it’s the little details that people remember.
It is important to me to see just how my clients’ daily lives can be transformed through good house plan design, seeing them settle in to a new home, or enjoy their improved one. I hope you will give me the chance to help you.

Creative Designs of Hampshire are experienced architectural consultants based in Fareham, Hampshire, we pride ourselves in having a friendly approach to house plans and designs.
If you would like us to, we will manage your entire project. Technical capacity aside, great communication skills from your project manager with everyone involved in the project is, to us, essential.
There is much in managing a house building or extension project to challenge us. Organising the design, builder, subcontractors, right forms of contract and consents, for starters! Managing the construction itself, is all about communication, timelining contractors, materials and necessary inspections, all to happen at the right time.
You must have confidence in the person managing the project to keep the communication channels open, and flowing, to deliver your new house or extension on time and on budget.
