Registered under BS EN ISO9002, Its skilled staff offer a full service of design, manufacture, implementation, refurbishment and support with the shortest lead times and the most competitive prices.
The company has invested heavily in advanced Electrical Discharge Machinery (EDM) for cutting and forming PCDs. We also have the latest Diamond Polishing Machines for polishing and lapping straight edges and RADs on inserts and routers. Sophisticated form tools can be manufactured to tolerances of approx. 5 microns in all dimensions. Tools can be manufactured on shanks specified by the customer or can be created on standard tapered Tooling System bodies.
