Hall Needham Associates LLP Architects and Interior Designers are a limited liability partnership, with all the partners participating in full time roles in the practice core activities. We are an Architectural Practice based in Oldham (Lancashire), Sheffield (South Yorkshire) and Thame (Oxfordshire). The practice was originally formed in 1890 in Oldham, under the name Heywood & Ogden, and re-named Hall Needham after a merger in 1974. The practice employs approximately 20 staff consisting of architects, assistants, technicians, and support staffs across the 3 offices whose joint experience cover all areas of the profession. The company work in both the commercial and industrial sectors and provides a design and advisory service to both the private and public sectors on a nationwide basis.
Detailed description:
The overall philosophy of the practice is to adopt an analytical approach to each project in order to produce the best possible practical and aesthetically pleasing solution that is appropriate to the client’s needs and budget. A professional approach is regarded as paramount in all dealings with clients, contractors and other members of the construction process and the maintaining of personal contact between the client and partner in charge is considered essential on all commissions, from inception through to completion. Hall Needham Associates LLP are committed to reinforcing the ‘team approach’ throughout the delivery process and encourage all members of the professional and construction team to embrace this philosophy.
Post contract user consultations are carried out to assess the success of projects. All projects are ‘value engineered’ as an integral part of the service.
Due consideration is given to ‘green’ issues and the use of materials.
