  People are quick to criticize staff at Halfords. But I want to mention the quality of the staff working in Bike hut in Halfords Haverfordwest South Wales store 486. The last few months the bike hut has improved 100%. I have noticed the standards of the bikes have improved and the accessories are always full. The staff members are so helpful and always go the extra mile. I first bought a bike from Haverfordwest store over 2 years ago and I did have a problem with that bike and thought to myself I would never return as a customer to that bike hut, but I did give it a second chance and I’m lucky I did. As I said the service is to a high standard and when buying my new bike which was a Carrera Vulcan, I was glad to hear that they do a maintenance care plan known as a “bike care plan” it was only £14.99 for the whole year and with that I get one full service worth £29.99 and any problems like gears adjusts, brake adjusts, new cables fitted, tube, wheels e.t.c is all labour free, obviously parts are chargeable but as I said labour is free. What a bargain, the bike hut staff, has completed a couple of repairs on my bike and all have been to a high standard. So I would like to say well done Halfords Haverfordwest for making me happy and aren’t I glad I returned. Mr J Davies 6/30/2009 11:16:35 PM
