    Walked into a completely empty shop but I could hear at least 2 people laughing and chating upstairs. After more than 5 minutes of shouting up and banging the open door (I even read an e-mail that was on the open laptop from a woman complaining that she hadn't received her wetsuit). A 'friend' with 2 children called into the shop and as if by magic someone appeared. I was planning on buying my husband a wet suit, googles and snorkle, when I asked if he could help choose the right snorkle the gentleman couldn't have been less helpful. He pointed to a rack and said 'that's what we've got'. The only mans one was bright yellow. I said I didn't think my husband would like a yellow one and did it come in other colours, and was told 'no that's it'. He then walked away to talk to his friend. I left the shop totally disgusted. I certainly will not be returning
