GYMI was set up in 1991 by Great Yarmouth Borough Council, Great Yarmouth Port Authority, Great Yarmouth Port Users Association, Norfolk County Council and Norfolk Chamber of Commerce. The affairs of GYMI are managed by the Full Member Panel.
