Detailed description:
Children in Years 2, 4 and 5 have the opportunity to attend residential centres in North Wales taking part in outdoor activities such as climbing, caving and orienteering.
The school takes part in the Liverpool Speech and Drama Festival and has won several awards.
There is close liaison with the local Notre Dame College of Performing Arts, the children are involved in a number of musical and dance projects.
The children are involved in a number of musical activities, the school choir performs in a variety of events throughout the school year.
Each year group has planned educational visits that support the creative curriculum in the school.
The school works with the School Sports Partnership to provide activities such as kayaking, horse riding, team sports. Each year the Sports Roadshow is invited into school to organise the school's sports day for all phases.
