Short profile:
The CMHTs are integrated health and social care teams with a single team manager. The teams focus specifically on adults with severe and enduring mental health problems. These multidisciplinary/agency teams are based within the community but work closely with all components of statutory services and a range of indepedent and voluntary sector agencies to provide a cohesive package of care.
We aim to ensure that people living within our catchment area enjoy consistently good mental health and well being. We are a high-capability and high-quality organisation - that has evolved in partnership with local communities - with the consistent objective of providing excellent assessment, treatment and care.
