When your business is advertising and design, you're all about people. They're the assets and resources of the business. They generate the profit, and they're where most of the money goes.
So we've made sure our people are good people. And more significantly, the right people. They're young, old, male, female, cool, geeky, married, single, fat and thin. They're specialists and generalists. They are all extremely good at what they do. And together, they're brilliant.
The companies and institutions we work with are a varied bunch. They currently include the world’s biggest car manufacturer, the National Health Service and a consortium of malt whisky distilleries, to name but three.

GRP is a full service agency working in traditional and new media advertising, design, marketing, media buying and planning. Work with us, and you can use any one of those services. You can have the whole lot. Or you can pick and choose, depending on what you need at any one time.
We deliver brilliant results when we combine the skills of different departments and disciplines. But we’re realistic enough to happily provide creative work when a client uses an independent media agency, for example. Or to buy media when the planning has been done elsewhere. Similarly, we have many clients who use our digital wing without necessarily working with the rest of our agency – although they know that the rest of our resources are ready to help them when they need it.
Full service. At GRP, it means something.
Over more than twenty years in the business, we’ve produced advertising covering most industry sectors and just about all media. We’ve been responsible for major integrated national campaigns and one-off local ads.
Like other agencies, we have a creative department consisting of art directors, copywriters, designers and Mac artists. They’re very good at what they do, and they have portfolios and awards to prove it - including major international awards from D&AD and Epica, as well as several shelves full of Dirks, Roses and other trophies.
But we don’t subscribe to the notion that creativity is the sole province of one department. So the creative process begins with an inspired and inspirational brief. And it carries right through to finished art, production and print-buying. And then to make sure it all worked, we’ll measure the effectiveness of what we’ve done. Because creativity in advertising is great, but it’s only genuinely worthwhile when it works.
