Grosvenor employs a free-lance catering consultant who is reputed in the industry. In association with the consultant, we have developed a business plan preparation and advisory service.
This service has emanated from our experiences in assisting potential clients in the production of business case scenarios to determine whether a proposed investment made good business sense and would achieve a worthwhile return on investment.
The process used for the development of a business plan is based upon a questionnaire sent from Grosvenor to the appropriate person, requesting operational information. N.B. A client confidentiality agreement can be signed to protect sensitive data. From the information collected via the questionnaire, a full and detailed business case will be built within seven days.
