How to Prepare Cress
Step 1
Place punnet of cress on its side and pull cress partly out of punnet.
Step 2
Cut cress to desired length using a large kitchen knife.
Step 3
Place cut cress in colander or sieve and wash thoroughly.
Step 4
Dry with paper a towel and serve
