Home Improvement Pack:
This pack contains a set of documents, ie sale statement, title information, local authority and drainage searches, an EPC and leasehold/commonhold documentation, all showing the buyer information on the property they wish to purchase.
This must be provided by the vendor.
This is an Energy Performance Certificate, which is a report showing the energy efficiency of your home. It also makes suggestions on how to improve your homes energy performance.
