History • Established in 1985 QS has provided Procurement and IT services to major multi-nationals and UK blue chip clients for nearly a quarter of a century. In recent years the company has expanded its skill base to include Design and Communications, Marketing and Sales, Market Research and Learning and Development. Our recent expansion into new markets has resulted in a succesful public sector business which includes Central Civil Government, the NHS and the Education sector as well as Local Government.

Clients • QS clients include Nationwide, Visa and Barclaycard in financial services; Oracle, Unisys and Ingres in the technology sector as well as Atkins, Oxfam, Rohm & Haas and BP. Across the public sector our clients are focused in central civil government, health, education and local authorities. These include The Home Office, NHS Trusts, UK Border Agency, Camden Council, Ministry of Justice, NOMS and the NPIA.
Buying Solutions • Public Sector Clients can take advantage of the work done by the Treasury in providing an EU Directives compliant (OJEU) framework which allows Public Sector clients to contract for our services without need for further competition. This saves cost, effort and time on both sides, and means we can focus immediately on your project. Currently our frameworks cover Marketing, Communications, Market Research, Learning & Development (Procurement) and E-Learning. These frameworks were previously known as S-CAT or Catalist.
