Short profile:
We are delighted to offer our learners an excellent range of activities during the school day and after school. These include:
· Games, sport, dance, gym, athletics, swimming.
· Clubs, after school, lunch-times – sports, art, foreign language, cookery.
· Computer Suite.
· Sports Development coaches.
· Music tuition, art, choirs, dance, drama, karate demonstration, Crucial Crew
· Parties, discos, a sleepover for year 6 pupils
· School Council.
· High School visits.
· French and Spanish clubs.
· Inter-school events - sports, gifted and talented, transition activities, achievement awards
· Parental Involvement - assemblies, parent consultation, coffee mornings, cook and eat sessions
Some of the school trips this year have been: Bramall Hall, KK5, Gower Hey Woods, Cannon Hall Farm, Hyde Library, St. Annes, Llandudno, Stockley Farm, Camelot, Laserquest and Vernon Farm
The children have raised money for Children in Need, Willow Wood, the Bangladeshi Earthquake, and a school in Uganda.
