GREEN MOUNT PRIMARY SCHOOL

The school offers a broad, balanced and creative curriculum, focused upon the optimum development of individual skills and abilities.  The curriculum encompasses all of the childrens time at school, including assemblies, breaks and less formal activities.  Learning opportunities are designed to capture pupils curiosity and enthusiasm, and the curriculum is enhanced wherever possible by use of additional activities and resources, for example   Projects planned with and supported by Creative Partnerships Music tuition Lunch time activities Family Learning activities Extended activities, including dance, music, football, food technology and so on Community-based activities, including dance and carnival arts Regular visits to the town library School Sports Partnership activities, sports festivals and swimming Off site visits and trips, including a residential visit in Y4 Out of hours/extended provision (breakfast and after school childcare)
