We are a family run builders, plumbers, decorators merchants, electrical wholesalers and bathroom showrooms based in the Thames Valley with 13 branches covering everything needed for the DIY'er through to property developers and tradesmen. In 1987, Bob & Sue Grant and Richard & Sue Stone (already the owners of a successful plumbers merchants in High Wycombe) heard of the possible sale of a run down builders merchants in the centre of the town. One week after this, they were the new owners renaming the business Grant-Milner Ltd. One year later, the plumbers merchant was incorporated in to the builders merchant and the company was renamed Grant & Stone Ltd. The friendly attitude and great service offered by the company soon helped it establish itself as the leading builders merchant in High Wycombe.
To compliment this, in 1994, a decorators merchants was added to the existing site in Baker Street offering an extensive range of paints and decorating materials.
