Coates Optical Equipment suppliers of spectacles frames lenses eyewear to opticians for healthy eyecare with fashionable looks Our customers include independent opticians, multiple chains of opticians and spectacle repair companies, optical prescription houses, plus increasingly the retail market. Coates is also proud to supply major film studios with precision items for the sets of ‘Wallace & Grommet' and ‘Harry Potter’ movies. Our main international markets include USA, France, Germany, and Republic of Ireland.
The wide variety of stock at our Cotswolds head office includes several thousand lines of technical components, machinery and equipment, chemical coatings, low vision aids and sight testing equipment. Only items of the highest quality are stocked but are offered at competitive prices.
We also offer optical repairs and technical services but don't market frames and lenses. Over 75% of orders are from regular clients.
