Our graduate internships can vary in length up to 12 months and are available in all business sectors across the West Midlands, including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, IT, Graphic Design, Management and many, many more. They also come in a variety of packages including paid and voluntary internships. Giving you the chance to mix up your own internship flavour!

We are the people to talk to if you want work experience internships in the West Midlands. We believe that graduates are great for business, so we want to retain them here in the West Midlands.
Funded and supported by ten West Midlands' Universities, Graduate Advantage is a unique one stop shop to finding your perfect intern. Graduate Advantage is based at Aston University and part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund.
The West Midlands is the only region in England to have this kind of service and with our superb links we have access to graduates from a wide range of degree disciplines.
