We receive excellent support through Extended Activities with St Michael's.
Active Mark Gold Status renewed in Feb 09.
Artsmark in June 08, Healthy Schools Gold was renewed in March 09.
Family Learning opportunities
Grace Mary utilises other professional artists to improve & develop skills. School takes part in Wider Opportunities, enabling KS2 pupils to learn a musical instrument. French is to be offered during 09/10
Exemplary Wrap Around services are available & Breakfast Club is very well attended.
During 07/08 G&T pupils were supported via WBA & booster sessions for higher attainers in literacy, numeracy and ICT have also been offered off site. KS2 results for 2008, showed our highest results for pupils making 2 levels of progress between KS1 & KS2.
A small number of WBA Study Support opportunities have been provided for 08/09 & more able pupils have had needs met through quality teaching and effective differentiation.
Residential visits for Key Stage 2 pupils are offered annually & a wide variety of educational visits support the curriculum.
