We have broken the repair process down into 7 stages. All vehicles are inspected to assess the full extent of the damage, by our advanced vehicle damage using Thatcham Escribe methods. Next we use three different estimate systems to determine an accurate cost or repair; Audatex, Glassmatix and Interest. Once stripped, your vehicle`s chassis can then be checked and if necessary realigned using four wheel laser measurement systems by Car-O-Liner. Laser measurement is also used to assess any damage that may have been caused to the suspension system. Our staff are ATA acredited trained in order to maintain the high level of workmanship needed to return your vehicle back to its original condition. The safety of our customers is paramount. The damaged body panels are removed from the vehicle and replaced with new ones.

These are then spot welded using state of the art Hirane equipment, making all of the joints strong and secure. If the damage is very slight, it can be filled and then molded back in to its original shape. Once this has been done the vehicle is then sanded and smoothed in to a perfect finish, ready for painting. Your vehicle is now ready to enter one of our dedicated spray booths to be painted using Dupont and Sikkens paints. Our ovens are especially designed to eliminate dust, and once sprayed the vehicle can be left to dry in the sealed booth until ready. Your vehicle is now ready to be reassembled back to its original form. Once assembled it is then passed to quality control where extensive checks are carried out to ensure the repair has been carried out to the highest standard by our ATA Accredited technicians.

Only when the vehicle has passed our quality control can it then be returned to you, clean, checked and safe. Now your vehicle has been repaired, it will be valeted ready for its return. Good as new. Your car is now complete and ready for collection. If required, arrangements can be made for the return of your vehicle.
