Our in-house manufacturing facility operates with the latest computer based material quality control system allowing full traceability of materials from our suppliers, through our manufacturing areas and to the end user. Every pond liner sheet or roll is assigned a unique batch number, allowing us to track materials used in the production process, the date when it was fabricated, and even which operator welded and cut it.

We are a Trade only supplier and deliver individual liners direct to site to reduce double handling and transport costs. We operate a fast track manufacturing system allowing high flexiblility in job prioritising, and have a loyal, well trained, multi-skilled work force enabling us to produce large liners (up to 1800sq.m) to order and often delivered to site in the same week. Being highly efficient throughout our organisation allows us to offer extremely competitve prices for one off projects, often with higher value products and supply pond liner rolls and prepack pond liners to Garden Centres from stock on behalf of our wholesale customers.
