The Commercial Team of Gordon Brown Law Firm LLP is based at the Newcastle office. With the Dispute Resolution and Employment Teams we make up the commercial law team, delivering practical advice and timely action to small and medium enterprises, corporates, partnerships or sole traders. We also assist people who may not trade but still have commercial interests to protect. Our greatest achievement is the number of our clients who have been with us for many years. Some of our clients have been instructing us for more than 25 years.
We have always approached our work with a commercial and professional attitude, yet one known for bringing a fresh, down-to-earth approach to the delivery of commercial services to the city. Our specialist team of experienced family solicitors is one of the most respected Family Law Departments in the North East. Our client base is extensive and our aim is to offer an effective solution to all clients. The firm undertakes publicly funded work where appropriate.
Family Law comprises a broad range of disputes. The specialist areas we deal with within the department are Divorce, Matrimonial Finance, Private and Public Children Law and Domestic Abuse.
