Dave ArnottI returned a top that was the wrong size, they asked for thecost of redelivery which I supplied. I have not had any top sent and nobody will answer the phone reply to emails etc. worst company I have dealt with. do not buy anything from them.

alan owenI bought a pair of Adidas golf trousers 4 weeks ago , when they arrived finally they were a strange size and shape ( obviously seconds). I tried 6 times a day to phone them for 3 weeks and left messages. no calls were returned . It now appears that I`m not the only one who is having a night mare dealing with these people.

TankerThey say customer service is everything today and this place has none of it.
My problem was the fact they do not advertise their 'returns policy' anywhere - not in the store, at the till, verbally when you buy an item, or on the receipt.
Their 'policy' is no returns - end of.
I only hope places like this go out of business fast so quality shops that provide a service can flourish.

ZINZANWarning to everyone out there!!! Do not buy from this company, they may well be cheap but the service is terrible. I purchased items from them and returned the order as they could not fulfil the order in full. I complied with their returns policy and have proof that they accepted the parcel back.
I received confirmation that they would refund on 10th February - holding to the full 30 days. Guess what NO REFUND!! Can't get hold of them and they do not respond to emails!!
Use their prices and get A.... to price-match. You get a much better service.
Will be paying these robbing f*****'s a visit when I'm in the area. I will get my refund by one way or another.
Long and short of it AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!.

george jonesbought set taylormade irons this week,bit of a panic had clubs stolen at weekend,here 5 to sw £299,asked 4 iron no deal,gets home american golf full set 4 to sw £275 !,just paid £24 more for a club short !,no answer phone,sent email no answer,wont go there again,be warned shop around,much better deals!!! nearly every site looked at do full sets 4 sw,cheaper,g jones

GolferThe attitude of the staff in Golf depot is disgraceful. having bought several items including a trolley battery in october which now will not work I returned it to the shop with warranty and my receipt, assistant was positively rude and all he did was ask for my address whilst talking on phone, put my battery on the floor and walked away. I was so disgusted I picked it up and brought it out of the shop and am now trying to deal direct with the supplier. I will never enter that shop again! The rating should be zero they should not be allowed to be in business as they are unable to act in a correct business manner

Ian MWish I had read the reviews here before buying from Golf Depot. Ordered an Adidas polo shirt, which came in a different style from that pictured on the website and a tighter fit than the one I ordered. I have emailed numerous times now asking for a refund or exchange with no response. Tried phoning, no answer.
Do not use Golf Depot unless you would like a mystery item delivered to you.

Benjo11Absolute joke, ordered 3 polo shirts off them - all 3 different in appearance to what was on show on their webpage. Actually were quite nice shirts so kept one but the other 2 didnt fit as nike do unusually large sizes. Returned them and shelled out for p+p but they refused them on their doorstep apparently and gave no reason as to why! Sent numerous e-mails to them that they didnt even bother acknowledging so then phoned them and after not answering for about 2 weeks finally got through and said to return them again and denied that there company would refuse the returns! So now i am 70 odd quid down plus recorded p+p with 2 oversized polos i cant do anything with. Customer service ridiculous and the fact they are falsely advertising items should no inspire confidence in anyone to buy with these bunch of clowns

swimfanWish I had read some of the reviews here before using Golf Depot. Made a substantial order of clothing and accessories. Golf shirt was the wrong size and design, cap and shorts were both the wrong colour.
When I pointed this out, I was simply told that they were great offers and they gave me what they had available. After several email exchanges it became clear they were not going to refund/replace or compensate. They seemed to think it was all a bit of a laugh. Avoid
