The Golden Books Group began in UK 1991 amongst a society of market traders, book collectors and sellers before quickly growing in experience, expertise and happy satisfied customers when the friendly young company opened its first actual shop selling fine early collectors books. By the mid-Nineties and gaining much popularity among intellectuals and boffins as well as collectors and investors, another shop was opened in the Georgian Village, Camden Passage, London in fashionable Islington where artists, musicians, intellectuals, royalty and politicians mingle with other mortals in the shopping arcades competing for bargains and rarities. We still today try to keep the old fashioned open air bookstall buzz about books alive with an open-minded selection of value and rarity alongside one another to suit every interest and pocket.
