Additionally GoddenHaynes can provide Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) to homeowners, estate agents, solicitors and letting agents. All instructions are carried out by a fully qualified and accredited local Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA). Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) produced by fully qualified and accredited Domestic Energy Assessor. GoddenHaynes is a member of BRE and Elmhurst Certification Scheme. Covering the south Hampshire area, including Southampton, Lymington, Bournemouth, Salisbury, Winchester and Fareham. The Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) is normally available to carry out assessments within 24 hours, including weekends and evening visits in daylight hours by appointment, if required. The assessment for the Energy Certificate will usually take between 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on the size of the property. HIP order Confirmation emails will be sent out immediately enabling properties to be placed on the market without delay.
