Plas Glynllifon Mansion, considered to be the Finest Regency Mansion in North Wales and at the edge of the Magnificent Snowdonia mountains is steeped in almost 1000 years of history. Once the seat of the Lord Newborough family, Plas Glynllifon Mansion has been extensively renovated back to it’s former glory to offer the finest surroundings for your Wedding, Conference, or Private Function. The home of Prince Charles, Prince of Wales Investiture Ball in 1969, the 700 acre estate, includes a Grade One listed park and is home to some of the rarest flora and fauna in the Country. A designated Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) the estate grounds are rich in wildlife and home to many rare and endangered species.

The main restaurant with capacity of upto 90 guests, is housed in the Magnificent Dining Room of the Mansion, decorated with the original wall paper, gilded covings and hand painted pelmets, the feeling of a bygone era overwhelms you as you step inside this beautiful room. Aside from the main restaurant, the Mansion has two adjoining smaller and more intimate private dining rooms which can cater from small parties of 4, upto 30 guests for that special event, be it a Birthday Celebration, Christening, Anniversary or just a family get together. Using only the finest locally sourced ingredients, our award winning chefs can cater for your every need from the simplest of dishes to a Sumptuous Banquet, to create a truly memorable gastronomic experience.
Plas Glynllifon Mansion, the Finest Regency Mansion in North Wales is Licenced for Civil Ceremonies, the numerous Grand Period rooms range from a small intimate gathering to a traditional full Wedding Celebration. We can cater for upto 500 guests, and on an exclusive hire basis and our team of Chef’s, Kitchen and Front of House staff are experts in catering for your every need to make your wedding day truly unique.
With spectacular photographic opportunities both inside the Mansion and within the grounds Glynllifon Mansion will make your Wedding Day an occasion your guests will not forget. Accommodation is available either in the cottages or in the recently refurbished stable block, but early booking is advisable to secure your desired dates.
