The Gloots Massage Therapy Mobile Spa Experience brings the day spa experience to your birthday party, hen party or corporate event within the comfort of your own home, office or hotel, and the Gloots Corporate Wellness Programme visiting workplaces, offices, local authorities, and hospitals to offer chair massage to busy office staff and workers.
Detailed description:
Massage is the manipulation of superficial layers of muscle and connective tissue and is used to maintain physical health as well as inducing relaxation. It helps to alleviate the build of of stress and tension in the muscles from every day use. Target tissues may include muscles, tendons, ligaments, skin, joints or other connective tissue, as well as lymphatic vessels, or organs of the gastrointestinal system.
The aim is to improve mobility and create a feeling of wellbeing and relaxation. The new Lava Shells Massage, as seen on The Apprentice, is now available at Gloots! I will be furthering my knowledge by taking courses in Sports Massage Therapy, Aromatherapy and Baby Massage with the aim of becoming a facilitator at Mother and Baby Massage Classes.
Recently completed courses include a Gym Instructors course, Diet and Nutrition and Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector.
