We provide excellent surveying, architecture, design and project management services from a single point, managed and executed quickly and efficiently. We listen to our customers and provide them with the design skill, building expertise and attention to detail that they need.

We specialise in high quality refurbishment and new build projects where our seamless combination of chartered building surveyors, architects and project managers can provide added benefit to our clients. Our Chartered Building Surveyors are very strong in the functional aspects of buildings and in contract administration. Our Architects bring the added ingredient of design flair and problem solving, whilst our Project Managers ensure that the project runs smoothly and on time. Our current projects include a replacement house on a highland estate, the refurbishment of a Category A Listed Castle and the upgrading of a Computer Data Centre. GLM deals with everything from commercial projects to refurbishment of offices, schools and conservation of castles and churches. Our building surveyors provide condition surveys of any building imaginable from private homes, and communally owned tenements, to healthcare premises, restaurants, shops pubs, and offices.
