Detailed description:
If you are not completely happy with your Glint purchase, we can accept returns of unworn jewellery, provided that you email within 14 days of receipt, specifying whether you would like a refund or an exchange. We will provide an address for you to send your insured and carefully packed item to. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with proof of postage.
I am unable to pay for return shipping. Please note that I am unable to accept returns on pierced earrings for hygiene reasons.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
