Detailed description:
All pupils are involved in a wide variety of activities in our broad curriculum. Extra curricular activities offered at lunchtime include: outdoor games, gardening, french, drama and art/craft. Rugby skills and dance clubs are offered as after school clubs.
Gymnastics, dance and multi skills are provided throughout the year by the Five Towns Partnership.
Out of school visits, visitors to school, themed focus weeks and weekly creative workshops help bring the children’s learning alive. Some of the visits enjoyed have been at Fairburn Ings RSPB Sanctuary, Cannon Hall open Farm, Queen’s Park, Asda and a visit from a Travelling Panto.
Our aim is for our children to enjoy all aspects of school life in a safe, secure, exciting and early years focussed environment.
Children enjoy their lessons and extra activity clubs (pupil questionnaires).
