We are based in Brighton and Hove but frequently travel all around the UK to provide our services and we are happy to come to you wherever you are. Alternatively our premises are fully equipped with training facilities.
The Company was set up in 2002 by Directors Gill Johnson and Dave Lane. We saw that there was a great need within the Estate Agency and Residential Lettings field for independent training advice and consultancy. While the large corporate companies usually employ their own trainers and have extensive training and Human Resources Departments which they can utilise to provide the essential training, input of information and general back up which all staff need, we were aware that smaller independent companies did not have these facilities and in many cases had no idea where to go for it.

GKJ Consultants Limited is an independent company that specialises in the provision of training and consultancy services primarily in the field of estate agency and residential lettings.
We provide these services throughout the UK and can arrange to tailor our services to the specific needs of the client.
The company is based in a modern office building in Brighton and Hove which gives us a comfortable base where we can meet clients and provide Consultation away from the clients own premises. The building also includes purpose built training and meeting facilities where we can, and do, host training courses for up to 18 delegates.
So what we aim to provide is an extensive programme of help, advice training and consultancy within the industry for anybody that needs it but concentrating on the independent sector from one person organisations working from home up to large chains of independent agents.
The business is currently operated by the two founding directors and our Office Administrator Julie May. In addition we utilise the services of a number of other freelance trainers and consultants with diverse skills and practical experience. Between them we believe that we can provide specialist help in all aspects of the residential property field.
