Battery with Good Back Up

i would like william to look at this and take it on board that one of his workers was extremeley rude with me. I think he was checking the pressurs of a ladys car when i went over to ask him a question about "were could i find the boss" he replied "i dont know were the f**k he is".
the only way i can describe him is that he was wearing a cap (i think it was blue and white) not sure though. i cant say what he looks like as he wasnt facing me. i know that work is very stressfull up there and it can be very hard but i would like to be treated with a bit more respect. thank you
