For more than 16 years we have been supplying software, services and expertise to some of the best known names in the industry. We were founded as Tigress in 1989 by Shell, Enterprise Oil, ARCO and the UK Department of Trade and Industry, initially to provide the world's first integrated reservoir interpretation system.
We are now a division of Geotrace Inc called Geotrace Data Integration Services.
About Geotrace
If you're in the oil business you will know Tigress as the software behind the world's most integrated reservoir interpretation system, but that's only part of the Tigress story.
Tigress version 1 was released in 1992 and the company celebrated its 15th year with the launch of the fifth all-new version of the Tigress product in 2006. The new product, while barely recognisable from the original, retains the Tigress philosophy of "Integration by Design" and is still the industry's most integrated single-source system.
The Tigress suite of geoscience applications represents the most integrated solution available to the industry. It is built around one of the most comprehensive databases available: the Tigress Project Data Store (PDS). Tigress is installed in over 45 countries on six continents and provides the exploration and production (E&P) professional with a proven, integrated and user-friendly workflow solution.
