Detailed description:
From our base in Market Harborough we are ideally placed to provide our range of professional services to our locally based clients, whilst using the excellent regional communication links to offer the same cost-effective services throughout the Midlands, East Anglia and beyond.
Site Investigation/Ground Investigation:
Trial pits, Window sampling/dynamic probing, Cable percussion boreholes, Rotary boreholes, Instrumentation installation and monitoring, Groundwater assessment, services - ground investigation.
Environmental (Contaminated Land) Investigation:
Contaminated land investigation (most cost-effective if combined with a geotechnical investigation), Contaminated groundwater investigation, Gas hazard investigation, services - environment investigation.
Laboratory Testing/Laboratory Analysis:
Geotechnical soil testing (strength, plasticity, grading etc.), Soil contamination analysis, Groundwater contamination analysis, services - lab testing.
Assessment and Reporting:
Peer reviews of existing reports, Phase I - Desk studies, Initial/Pre-acquisition report with outline contamination assessment and development recommendations, Phase I and II - Site Appraisal with detailed contamination assessment and development recommendations, Remediation Method Statements, Remedial works inspection and validation, Earthworks specification/earthworks validation, services - reporting.
