In addition to a broad, balanced curriculum, the school provides an excellent range of extra-curricular activities for pupils including: chess, art club, dance workshops, choir, recorders, football, netball, cross-country, multi-skills, athletics, cricket, gymnastics, computers and gardening club.
Our sports teams regularly represent school in inter-school and inter-authority events.
We also have visiting poets, musicians, scientists, artists and theatre workshops in school. Visits are an integral part of the curriculum and are used to stimulate interest and enhance the delivery of the curriculum.
Spanish is taught in KS2 and we are extending this throughout the school.
Our PTFA ensures that the children have lots of additional fun activities like discos and competitions.
