A poor performance transport company. They have argumentative staff who fail to listen and then blame the customer for failing to communicate. Worse of all is that once you have organised delivery the office staff have no access to any details pertaining to your particular shipment. Cannot provide a morning or afternoon delivery. This crowd are poorly organised and from the way the staff teat customers I suspect their poor attitude stems from the top. A girl in my office has bought goods from a company that uses GCN and she was unhappy with their performance and attitude. The company who supplied my goods and who instructed GCN have had a number of complaints.
