    Ordered Berghuas RG3 Jacket On Monday Night delivered Wednesday excellent service. They were very well priced and unlike competitors had the blue one in stock. Once again TERRIFIC!!!!

    I ORDERED TWO PAIRS OF BRASHER BOOTS ON LINE FOR 215GBP. MY CREDIT CARD WAS PROMPTLY CHARGED FOR THE FULL AMOUNT. HOWEVER ONLY ONE PAIR WAS SENT, THE OTHER ONE WAS "OUT OF STOCK". DESPITE MY 3 E-MAILS AND REPEATED ATTEMPTS TO CALL THEM (ALWAYS BUSY) NOTHING HAPPENED. SO MY BANKER HAD TO TAKE OVER TO RECOVER THE OVERCHARGED AMOUNT. WHAT A SHAME FOR A COMPANY THAT SOUNDED SO PROMISING ON THE WEB.

    Ordered tent and canopy on Friday afternoon got an email to confirm my order was received. Goods delivered on Monday morning, I didn't get an email to say they were dispatched but hey ho. Oh and it was the cheapest I could find. I'm more than happy with the service I received and would happily shop there again.

    I needed a Berghaus Aura Jacket urgently for a holiday in Ireland starting in less than a week and Gaynors was one of very few retailers to have the design, size and colour of my choice in stock. Given some of the negative reviews I was a bit nervous so I phoned Gaynors just to make sure I could actually speak to someone if things went wrong. Natalie picked up the phone within one ring and promised next day delivery (very impressive) - so for an order placed on a Friday it would be dispatched Monday for Tuesday delivery.

    I made the order online at about 12.45pm on Friday, and despite Monday being a bank holiday, the coat arrived exactly as promised on Tuesday. As a bonus, it was also the cheapest available online. Thoroughly recommended, and would definitely use again. Looks like they may have got their online problems sorted.

    I browsed several sites looking to get the best deal for a Vango Omega 250 tent. The price & guaranteed next day delivery swung it for me to order from Gaynors.....then I read the reviews. I thought nothing ventured nothing gained and went for it anyway. As promised said tent arrived next day, albeit at 4p.m, wife not too happy as she had to wait in all day! Later that evening I put the tent up in the back garden when I noticed something not quite right. One of the poles had buckled putting it up. To cut a long story short, I e-mailed them, they rang me back next day and promised to deliver a new complete tent & take the other one back (due today). If they keep their promise I will have nothing but good things to say about them. At the end of the day it is all down to personal experience and I will take reviews with a pinch of salt in future.

    I ordered a Ladies NorthFace Jacket late Sunday evening and it arrived today (Tuesday lunchtime), excellent service. I was anxious due to conflicting reviews but no problems whatsover.

    Truly awful. Ordered a North Face case which the website showed was in stock on the Monday with "next day delivery". Not arrived by Wednesday. Phone constantly engaged. Took 2 days of trying to get through on the phone and was told that the order had been cancelled as the item was out of stock; my card had been charged and it would take 3-5 working days to process a refund. Still waiting for the refund. I suggest avoiding this on line company.
