Gala Event Show Update
Richard VincentI just want to say well done with the Gala Event Show, It was really good to meet you and see the products on display. Im sure you remember myself and my bouncy castle business, I made my initial purchases with enough equipment to get up and running with party tent hires and I intend to add stock as required and I aim to be South Yorkshires leading hire company, obviously I have alot of work to do over the next few months but I look forward to expanding and working with Gala Tent in the future months and hopefully years.

Kevin ReidI would just like to congratulate your team and yourself for the quality of your product and service. For the last 5 years I have been using a Mini Marquee pop up and to be honest it has not been fit for purpose, but as part of a franchise network this was required. But on leaving this organisation I purchased a pro40 and I can't believe the difference in quality of the product and the fact that the people dealing with my order were so switched on and helpful when dealing with my order and my various questions prior to actually placing my order. As I stated to Laura I will be recommending your company and this product on the forum used by the many guys and girls up and down the country and hopefully bring you a few more sales .

Phil EckettJust thought I would mention how impressed I was with a recent order from Gala Tent. It is the first time I have used the company, and I would certainly recommend to others. I give 'live owl' displays at many shows and functions and have now been booked at three Halloween events, where I will be displaying the birds during the early evening. Obviously lighting would be needed and I found Gala Tent through Google. Expecting an order to take a while, I ordered a set of 8 Globe lights and I couldn't believe it when they arrived the next day. I had made a couple of enquiries prior to placing the order and found my questions were answered quickly and easily. Many thanks for the service I received, I will definitely Gala’s details for future use.

We organise a local event and having already purchased a Gala Tent felt we needed the additional security of Ground Bars Set and tie down kits .Unfortunately the delivery didn’t happen but a call to yourself who gave me the Courier Service telephone who dealt with my call very well and gave me the local Firms telephone number - PJ Couriers of Stibbs Cross who reassured me that they would deliver the essential items the next day –WELL they delivered them late this afternoon
Result !!!! and nice dry happy campers

Russell AlkinsIn this day and age (I'm sounding my age already!) it is often the case that items purchased are disappointing in quality and design. The 10m by 4m marquee we purchased from you is simply excellent. Delivery was within 24 hours and the strong and well built product ' saved' a very important family event from the great British climate. We have had cheaper DIY shop bought tents in the past and you must do more in your website to show the incredible difference in quality. While the event was to say farewell to my eldest daughter who is moving to USA for two years, the main topic of conversation was - 'the tent'!

Warren WilliamsHi there. I would just like to send a bit of praise where it is due. I have recently bought a Gala Tent marquee from your company and received fantastic service from start to finish. Your sales department representative Lisa was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. The Gala Tent arrived the morning after the afternoon that I paid for it! Once I had removed the leg poles from the roof bar positions and read the instructions it all went together like a dream. I was short of a few bungee and pole hooks, and after contacting your sales representative Lisa, the next day I have them, fantastic! Cheers and thanks again.

Emma MaltbyI would like to say thank you for the customer service provided by your company it is among the best I have encountered, working within the customer service industry myself I really appreciated the way my query was dealt with this morning, I received a telephone call within 1 hour of sending an e-mail advising me of the status of my order. I received my gala gazebo shortly after that telephone call.
