Detailed description:
Our computer controlled machinery in both the Tool Room and the Mould Shop enable us to maintain the highest standards from initial concept to finished product at all times.
We specialize in moulding recycling tools and products which are made from recycled plastic (see our products).
Some other Moulds we have produced include containers for the food industry, fishing tackle accessories and clips and cable fittings for electrical components etc.
We also manufacture a wide variety of lenses, lens holders and fittings for the LED optical market. We have produced components for use with products made by Osram, Cree, Philips Luxion, Avago and Edison for example.
We also do repairs and can accommodate most jobs requiring precision engineering; there are many areas in which we could be of service to you.
