PepWent to this garage for small repair work to wing mirror.
Result was a good wing mirror re-spray, but several acid marks cut into the lacquer layers of the rear spoiler and areas of heavy paint fade (particularly the roof and doors) clearly caused but over exposure to high heat elements of some sort, plus some over spray areas on the rear bumper.
Worse still the treatment was appalling! I was basically told if I wanted these problems sorted I would need to go to court, that was after the foreman/manage through I aggressive fit whilst eating is bacon sandwich (which he seemed more concerned with).
Overall... Extremely poor bodywork centre with no care for cars under there supervision, its either that or they use very old fashioned bodywork , or more likely a mixture of both!
I have contacted and sent in CustomerDirect Letters, but court costs will probably be worse that getting the damage repair, so it's likely they will just get away with this... What's new?
