Future Living is a provider of the domestic Home Information Pack (HIP) & Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). We are based in the South Manchester area and our focus is to provide you with a fast, friendly service and professional assessment that will help with both improving your home environmentally as well as helping you sell it. When you order your HIP direct from us, you own the Home Information Pack. This means you can do the following: Choose an Estate Agent that offers you the best deal, Use more than one Agent, Change Agent without incurring a penalty charge, Sell the house yourself.

Future Living is associated with "Hips to go" to assist us in providing the full HIP. We can take the order over the phone where direct arrangement is made with our local assessor. There is no impersonal call centre based panel to deal with. Order confirmation is on the same day so there is no delay in marketing your property. The pack we produce will belong solely to you therefore you are free to choose any Estate Agent you wish to market your property. We can also provide single EPC to complete your HIP pack which can be passed on to your Estate Agent or Solicitors. Any person can order a HIP. If you purchase the HIP then you will own it. Therefore if the HIP is ordered by someone other than yourself check who will have legal title to it. The HIP does not necessarily belong to the property. For sales of unregistered land, the HIP must include copies of a certificate of an official search of the index map (from the Land Registry). Also, it must have the documents that the seller intends to rely on to provide evidence of title to the property and the right to sell it.
