Our core focus is on working with small-mid size firms operating in business to business sectors where we are able to make a significant and measureable impact that generates growth and adds sustainable value to their firm.

We passionately believe that effective marketing demands sound business insight. Management consultants provide insights and strategic recommendations, but not the marketing implementation that builds growth. Conversely marketing and communications agencies serving SMEs often move rapidly through the creative, execution and delivery phases without always fully understanding the client’s business situation and challenges.

Our approach is to bridge this divide by using our skills to fully understand each client’s business situation before getting into the nitty gritty of marketing strategy, planning, operations and managed campaign implementation. We believe this is the most effective approach to adding marketing value to a business, whether we are working on a specific project or as a retained marketing partner.

Marketing activity needs to support business strategy and fit within a client’s resource capabilities, our fusion 360 approach addresses this challenge.

Fusionworks 360 was established in 2007 as a niche B2B marketing service provider offering intelligent marketing support to SMEs. Our previous experience has shown us time and again the potential value in offering a flexible “marketing partner” service. A service that provides a blend of strategic marketing and hands on operational marketing management support, but that is also based on a genuine understanding of the higher level context of each client’s business.

SMEs often have a unique set of needs. They may be under-resourced in marketing, perhaps lack an experienced marketing team and often face a confusing plethora of suppliers, all making persuasive cases for the marketing services they offer. Our aim has always been quite simple – to use all our experience to cut through and understand the genuine marketing priorities, work out how to make them happen and manage their implementation. This approach takes a mix of consultancy and project management skills, as well as a rounded understanding of the marketing mix.

The concept of “fusion” is about achieving a powerful blend through the integration of key elements. This idea applies to how we work, drawing on the most suitable blend of resources to meet the specific requirements of each client.
