We charge for delivery based on your shipping address. We've decided to charge for delivery as it enables us to offer you our best price for sofas, suites, furniture for living, dining & bedroom, beds, mattresses, etc. The bottom line is that you save money if you order more than one item and you don't pay more if ordering only one and the delivery address is in England (except Cornwall). Any company offering free delivery had the delivery costs built into the cost of each product. If your goods are stock items, we will dispatch them immediately via Royal Mail or courier, or for larger items, contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date and time.
Once in-stock, these items will immediately be dispatched via courier (usually NightFreight) as appropriate. In-Stock items should normally be with you within 2 weeks of placing your order. Once your goods are in stock, a member of our team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date and time. Delivery will be carried out by our own, experienced, in-house delivery team.

FURNITURE WAREHOUSE - DREADFUL COMPANY
MAGSDO NOT RATE THIS COMPANY AT ALL SO TAKE AWAY THE ONE STAR 'AWARDED' BUT COULD NOT POST THIS REVIEW WITHOUT A RATING. DO NOT USE THIS RETAILER! THERE ARE FINANCIAL PROBLEMS WITH THEM AND THE MANUFACTURERS THEY DEAL WITH AND IF YOU ORDER FURNITURE YOU ARE UNLIKELY TO EVER RECEIVE IT. SEVERAL CUSTOMERS HAVE NOW LOST MONEY BECAUSE OF ORDERS NOT BEING FULFILLED SO BE WARNED.

A PriceDid not want to give this even 1 star but my review will not be accepted without a star rating. SO I TAKE THE STAR BACK!
Unreliable, ignorant, untruthful, unhelpful, sloppy, disorganised, money grabbing two bit outfit. This just scratches the surface of what I have experienced with this pathetic excuse for a furniture retailer. If you are prepared to wait forever for your goods these are the goons to call.
Ordered furniture with them in February 2011, paid over two grand. Delivered in May 2011. Sounds OK so far BUT the wrong furniture was delivered (their mistake). Promised to reorder and deliver in August 2011. No such luck!
Numerous phone calls made - numerous promises that they would chase things up and ring me back - no follow through from them. End of September - still no delivery of the paid for furniture. October brought even more false promises until eventually YES! our furniture had been delivered to Furniture Warehouse and would be delivered week begining 12th October. NO! the furniture has now disappeared in between couriers. Furniture Warehouse don't return our calls, leaving us to chase the couriers.
Simple message is DO NOT HAVE ANY DEALINGS WITH THIS JUMPED UP LOW GRADE TRADER!
