Detailed description:
Guide Shoes are supplied in both ferrous and non-ferrous materials with our in house Patternmaking Facility we can produce any type of guide shoe that you may require no matter how new or old.
Our sheaves can be supplied complete with new shafts, bearings, keep plates etc as required. We can remove old sheaves from existing shafts and supply the new sheaves fitted back to shaft and ready to go back to site so reducing down time.
A full range of blank data sheets are available for you to easily measure your product and we can both quote and manufacture from the information on these data sheets. Please contact us if you require a set for your next site visit.
All stages of production are fully checked to ensure that they comply with our high standards, from chemical analysis of the molten iron to the hardness of the finished sheave and the dimensional tolerances on final machining.
