Short profile:

Fry’s Caravans is a family run business offering full dealer service including sales of New Caravans and Used Caravans, service; repair and body shop, and on site accessory shop. We are located mid way between Beverley and Driffield on the main A164 in East Yorkshire, convenient for Hull, York and the east coast resorts at Scarborough and Bridlington.

Detailed description:

The business was established on the site in 1998 dealing in motor and caravan sales with the move to dealing exclusively in touring caravans taken in 2001. As the business has developed we have established strong loyal customer bases that enjoy the friendly service orientated environment we are so proud of. We are dealers for Sterling Caravan, Sprite Caravans & Adria and sell quality used caravans up to 10 years old.

The Service Centre has built an enviable reputation and is NCC and Al-Ko approved and we are a preferred warranty repair centre for a number of manufacturers. Frys Caravans has been awarded the "National Caravan Council’s Approved Workshop Scheme Dealer of the Year 2010" award.

This nationally awarded title comes as a direct result of customer feedback from satisfaction questionnaires and recognises customer service standards in a number of key areas.

    I rang on Saturday to check that a bulldog stabilizer back plate for the 200Q model was in stock. I was told it was. I drove 40 miles to be shown a drop plate with no connection to bulldog parts. I got a half hearted apology from a member of staff who left me feeling he really couldn't care. Bulldog stabilizers are one of the commonest makes used and I would expect staff to know about them.
