Friends of Brighton and Hove Hospitals make life better for NHS patients in Brighton & Hove. As the League of Friends we have helped patients since 1949. Hospital Friends has worked for over 60 years to raise funds for your local hospitals and healthcare services in Brighton & Hove and Newhaven.
Our aim is to make a visit to our local hospital as pleasant as humanly possible, and better than anywhere else. NHS funding alone cannot achieve this so we are devoted to raising money, not otherwise available, to benefit patients.
We provide additional money where it is most needed, for example, for innovative equipment or to enhance elderly care.
