Friday Island is a stunning venue based in the Gloucestershire Cotswolds. The focus of the location is a palm tree island in the middle of 120 acres of spring fed clear blue lake. The property is an area of Special Scientific Interest because of its outstanding conservation interests, in particular the nightingale colony and seventeen varieties of dragonfly.

The island is landscaped with a plethora of exotic plants, trees and blooms and has a tropical sandy beach looking out over the lake. A thatched pavilion bar adds to the authentic feel for a truly romantic setting.
It’s the perfect dream environment for a wedding with an informal easy style, ideal for children and adults—children can play, adults can relax.
To add to the romance, the Bride and Groom on arrival can glide across the lake to the Island on our Edwardian Launch.
