joycethe customer who has made a bad complaint about franks did not have his locking nut broken at our garage he had it done at another garage in dundee then asked us to fix the problem of which he became abusive and cheeky that when the owner asked him to leave

Mr David SimpsonVERY bad service, got 2 tyres on the front and 1 month later, need replaced.
I have had to order a new locking wheel nut key as they over tightened the bolts, causing my locking nut key to shear off. I actually had to call the AA out and even they couldn't help.
VERY UNSATISFIED with the after service, basically told me "what do you want me to do about it?" this coming from the owner Frank himself.
I know a few friends that have used him and they also have had numerous problems.
Yeah they may be cheap but then again you get what you pay for.
DO NOT USE as this garage is awful, by far the worst in Dundee.

LangleyThey could probably fix anything car related. It`s a good place to go because they know how to fix but also they are very friendly and it`s a pleasure to talk to them about your car problems.
