Sadly have to agree with the other comments, we contracted Forte Trinity to re-design our website, what an utter and complete waste of time.

Having spokwn with them at length in order to try and reslove our issues I found them to be arrogant with a complete lack of customer focus.

The website that they designed was worse than the one we had previously, complete bloody amateurs whom think they're gods gift to creative design, seriously just buy a website template online and leave these cowboys well alone !!!

I have been meaning to write to you over the last couple of weeks but we have been so inundated with orders that I have hardly had time to think! I really just wanted to let you know how happy we are with the work you have done on our snowchainshop.co.uk website. Since it’s conception in February this year, we have received literally thousands of orders through the site, so many in fact that we have on occasions had to ask you to shut it down temporarily whilst we catch up with the processing side of things! I guess our duty now is to try and streamline our processing system so that we can handle the vast number of orders that we are now receiving. It has to be said that our old site did work to a degree, but without doubt, the new site has enhanced our business no end for these winter products. Obviously the weather has a big roll to play in what the market demands at any given time, but the website handles the orders fabulously when the demands are placed upon it. I would also like to pass on my sincere thanks to your design and customer service teams who have handled my endless requests for amendments to the site with such willingness. I know that I have been quite demanding recently but I thank you for your valuable support and continued enthusiasm.

Should you wish to use us as a reference for potential future customers, I would be more than happy to assist where I can.

    • HIMC:Having read this rave review of Forte Trinity, I decided to research snowchainshop website, surprisingly the metrics for the website contradict the review. The statistics show that the snowchainshop.co.uk has less than 10 page views and vistors per day. You can see for yourself at http://biznut.co.uk/www.snowchainshop.co.uk
    • Stefan: I can personally verify that I keep the server stats for this Site. They show that in December 2010, this Web Site took 30,450 unique visitors with 602,873 page views - They took so many orders, that the Site had to be put on hold temporarily - Any doubters, I can provide a screen view of the server stats to prove it! I wish people would cease this pointless tirade

Forte Trinity have replied to the comments of many disgruntled people on this site and others, in a bid to defend themselves. They name drop by way of making mention of their apparently 'happy and satisfied' clients, but I don't see any of these 'happy and satisfied clients' coming on here to support them do you?

I wonder if the Catholic Diocese and others they want to be seen to have association with know that they are having their good names mentioned on here in this way? Perhaps we should inform them?

Meanwhile I would deem them as world class rip offs and a dot CON not a dot COM.

They are arrogant and never deliver what they promise.

    Steer Clear.

As the head of design at Forte Trinity I have to say I find some of these comments surprising. We strive to provide the best service possible to the point where we work from home at the weekends if a project is approaching the deadline.

One of the most common problems we experience is when customers fail to meet their payment schedule and when prompted for payment often we get inexplicable comments where they were previously very happy with the site. As part of the package we generally offer an SEO package. Even though the details of these packages are explained to customers in detail some are surprised they are not instantly at the top of google for their keywords, this is another cause of complaint. It takes time to achieve good rankings, search engines crawl the web intermittently it is not an instant action and it is an ongoing process we undertake to produce better results. We produce some of the best rankings in the country, I'm sure one of the other 500 odd companies we work with will be happy to explain that.

Unfortunately people don't post on this type of site when they have a good experience. If they did these few bad comments would be swamped by appreciation for our company. Do not hesitate to contact me on bruce@fortetrinity.net and I'll supply a substantial list of positive testimonials.

I once outsourced my web application to Forte Trinity and it was a total disaster. Bunch of scammers.

    Comments:
    • christian: We have had a number of seriously inaccurate, and defamatory entries placed on “forum” or review sites which attempt to undermine the integrity of this organisation. We take these malicious comments very seriously indeed and we have instructed solicitors and these are now the subject of robust legal action. We have established that many such comments emanate from individuals or organisations who are making totally false and inaccurate statements resulting from a desire to seek some kind of petty revenge after having been successfully pursued for failing to pay fees. Others are contributing abusive comments in a clear attempt to undermine our professional standing as a result of an attempt to seek commercial advantage, whilst some are simply the result of issues which have been encountered personally (such as disgruntled ex employees) or problems on the Internet totally outside our control (such as commercial failure or poor management of web sites) We wish to make it absolutely clear that we operate to the highest ethical standards and this has been the case since our foundation in 1997. We have many hundreds of satisfied clients not least a leading Chamber of Commerce, a major Roman Catholic Diocese, a Children’s Charity (which we support), the coach carrier for P & O Cruises, the Association of Certified Public Accountants, the United Kingdom Alliance of Teachers of Dance, the leading hat manufacturers in the UK, the Private Hire and Taxi Magazine, the World’s leading manufacturer of pressure standards calibration equipment (working with the US Armed Forces), Shaw Hill Golf Complex and Hotel, and the largest marine searchlight manufacturers in the World to give just a few examples. To answer these outrageous comments we would invite anyone to speak to us in order that we can not only answer any slanderous comments made but also give any number of business contacts entirely satisfied with our work, including many from major organisations. We have sought approval from a selection of clients who have agreed to publicly verify our integrity and professionalism online. These include, amongst others, the Association of Certified Public Accountants, H2 Events (A leading conference management company), Brindley Chains (A top snowchains supplier with an online store), Acorn Farm (A website award winning Merseyside Tourist Attraction), and the leading Porsche Restoration garage Unit 11
    • Ken Wade:If you are so ethical, why don't you publish your terms and conditions on your website, so that potential clients know you retain the rights to the code you are being paid to develop, and that despite having paid for a site, they have to pay every year to use it?
    • Alex B:I myself am a director of a small business. Personally I would never dream of entering into any contractual arrangement without first having read and agreed to the terms and conditions of the same. Asking Forte Trinity to post their T&C's on their website is one thing, but surely these formed part of any contracts which were signed? In all my years of business I have yet to see any form of commercial contract which did not have, either attached to it, or printed on the reverse, a full set of the companies standard terms and conditions which applied to the contract. Are you suggesting that this was not the case and the T&C's were not part of the contract? Or did you simply simply not bother to read them before you signed anything?
    • SB:@Jambo - Please be advised that appropriate Legal advice is being sought regarding your statement which is defamtion of character.
    • Jambo: @Stefan, You're seeking legal advice? are you serious?!!? this is a review website for christ sake!! I repeat as part of my review of Forte Trinity's services, Stefan Bailey could do with a good scrub.
